1985 Honda 450 Nighthawk: VIN JH2PC0541FM300107; 18,015.5 registered odometer miles; condition - good.

2001 KTM 65SX mini-dirt-bike; VIN UBKMRA2301M030290 with a 65CC engine. Condition - "as is."

1997 Honda Helix scooter, 244 CC engine with 1,311.0 miles, Condition - very good.

1990 Welcraft Nova Spyder run-a-bout cruiser; HULL # WELP6610E09026S. This vessel has a 454 ci 330 hp MerCruiser I/O 454 Magnum Bravo One engine, full cockpit instrumentation with 409.1 registered hours of operation.. It enjoys a well equipped cuddie cabin with "V" berth, small pump sink and small head. Note that this boat has a Silent Choice exhaust system, has always been canvas covered and kept inside in the winter. Condition - very good! This vessel is stored and transported on a double axle 1990 Eagle boat trailer; VIN 12DBC2625L1120425. Condition - very good!

1988 Sovereign 18' sailboat, Hull # XUP180066868, sloop rigged with main and jib sails. Auxiliary power with a 10 hp Mercury outboard engine. The interior enjoys a small galley, portable head, "V" berth in the bow and other sleeping accommodations for either three or four people. This vessel is housed on an Atlantis single axle storage/transport trailer. Condition - good.

2 - 2000 Yamaha XL 700 jet skis with 2003 YachtClub single axle transport/storage trailer. Condition fair.

1995 Rockwell pop-up camper trailer, single axle with six person sleeping capacity, small galley and removable head. Condition - very good.

1990 Starcraft Meteor pop-up camper; VIN 1SBACB11E5L1K00629. Condition - fair.

2002 White lawn tractor, Outdoor LT1850 with mid-mount mower and 18HP engine. Condition - fair.
