Craig and Leona Manning have sold their home, moving into an apartment. We have been employed to sell the Exceptionally High Quality rolling stock, equipment, tools and household property that they are not taking with them.

TRACTORS and TRUCK

1993 Ford Ranger XLT four wheel drive (4 x 4) pick-up truck; VIN 1FTCR11U4PTA73245. This truck has a 3.0 liter V-6 gasoline powered engine, automatic transmission and low range with 67,231.0 registered odometer miles. It has a forest green exterior with a gray cloth interior. Factory installed driving amenities include air conditioning, AM/FM/cassette stereo sound system, cruise control, tilt wheel, power windows, door locks and mirrors. An after market addition is a new Western snow plow, model 61300 with a 6' 6" blade. It also has a bed liner. The condition of this truck is good to very good.

1988 Ford four wheel drive (4 x4) model 1210 tractor. This tractor has a diesel powered engine with 1,749.3 registered hours of operation. It has low and high range with a power take off, a three point hitch and ROPS. It is outfitted with a Ford, model 702A 54" hydraulic operated snow plow. The condition of this tractor is excellent!

2001 Cub Cadet yard and garden Series 3000 tractor, model 3184 with 44" mid-mount rotary mower and all shaft drive. The condition of this tractor is excellent!
