AUCTION DAY PUBLIC PREVIEW - INFORMATION SESSION There are twenty eight properties that will be offered at this years Ontario County Real Property Tax Foreclosure auction. There are six multiple and single family residences (one possibly with Canandaigua Lake access), three significant commercial-industrial properties (i.e. Bob’s Equipment), 16 parcels of desirable vacant land . . . one agricultural with 76 acres, and one with Canandaigua Lake views. This is one of the BEST real property auctions ever! We are presently compiling the property data. Our goal for WEB site posting is no later than first week in April, or sooner! If you sign up for "Automatic Auction Notification” (the ugly blue box on your left) you will be informed as soon as the property addresses, descriptions and other data is posted. The Information Session will be conducted on Wednesday evening, April 28 at 7:00 PM. The doors will open at 6:30 PM. If you have never attended an auction, never purchased a foreclosure property or have never purchased real estate at auction it is advised that you attend this meeting. Even if you are a seasoned real estate purchaser at auction, you might want to attend this valuable information/education session. The Auction will be conducted on Wednesday evening, May 5 at 7:00 PM. Auction registration will begin at 6:00 PM. Questions will be entertained at any time during the registration period. Promptly at 7:00 PM we will read the Terms and Conditions of the auction and then sell each property, in consecutive order. The Information Session and Auction will be conducted at the Ontario County Safety Training Facility, 2914 County Road 48, Canandaigua, NY. To get to the Training Facility . . . from New York State Route 332 also known as Main Street, Canandaigua, turn on to Phelps Street. Your landmarks would be the new fire station and the Montana Mills Bread shop. Continue on Phelps Street which becomes County Route 46 after the four way stop intersection at County Road 10. Proceed straight. Watch for the Ontario County sign listing the Safety Training Facility and turn on to County Road 48, the entrance to this complex. Drive to the end where you will find ample parking. The building entrance is indicated. There will be Reynolds Auction signs along the route.
