I recently talked to the Tioga County Treasurer and there remained 65 properties with tax delinquencies. By the time the payment deadline has expired, we expect that there will be 25 to 30 properties remaining for the 2008 auction. As in the past, the properties should include multi-family structures, single family residences, manufactured homes and rural vacant land.

We will be inspection the properties shortly after the payment expiration date and will then compile the data. As soon as we have the information in a useable format, it will be promptly posted! If you have NOT yet signed up for "Automatic Auction Notification," you should do that immediately, "click" on the BLUE BOX to your left. Indicate the categories of your interest and we will notify you when we schedule an auction of your interest. If you have ALREADY signed up, DO NOT RE-REGISTER . . .
