The above dates indicate when the Tompkins County Tax Foreclosure auction and Public Information Session will be conducted. The deadline to pay back taxes has expired. We have 12 single and multi-family residential homes and 13 parcels of vacant land that may be available for auction because of the redemption process. We are now compiling the property information that will be posted soon.

If you sign up for "Automatic Auction Notification" (the ugly blue box on the left of this screen) you will be informed as soon as the property addresses, descriptions and other data is posted. We recommend this method of notice because you will be the first to know! Additionally, by this process we can notify you electronically or by First Class Mail, or both, about this and other real estate auctions that we conduct.

Redemption Penalities . . . All redeemed county properties, are charged an additional fee of ten percent in addition to the delinquent taxes.
