A. This auction of SURPLUS VEHICLES and EQUIPMENT is authorized by the City of Rochester, Purchasing Director.

B. This auction will begin promptly at 09:00 AM and continue until all lots have been sold, to the highest bidder.

C. All purchases must be paid for today, without exception. The preferred method of payment is cash. If you pay by personal check, the auction company will hold all paperwork on any vehicle(s) purchased until the check clears. If you pay by business check the auction company may hold all paperwork until the check clears. All checks must be drawn on a New York State bank!

D. If your check clears....your title will be mailed to you on Friday, November 01, 2002 no later than 3:00 PM.

E. Appropriate New York State sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless you file an exemption certificate with the Reynolds Auction Co.

F. When you win the bid you assume entire responsibility for that item, no matter what the cause. As the owner, you are solely responsible.

G. You must remove your purchased vehicle(s) by 5:00 PM of the first Monday following the auction. Take your pink claim receipt to the guard house on Mt. Read Blvd.
